If you are not on one of our support packages or go over your included support hours, our fixed ad-hoc support rate of $150 per hour applies. All prices quoted are billed in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST. Support plans are for general software queries and have specific exclusions which are detailed in our terms and conditions.
