The key feature of WorkflowMax in my opinion is the collaboration which makes it easy for team members to share notes or documents on a job or a lead. This is invaluable and helps to reduce internal email traffic. The recent upgrade to include Document Management integration is another great feature allowing users of Dropbox, Box or Google Drive the ability to store documents against a job or client folder in one of these cloud storage solutions and have it linked to the WorkflowMax interface.
The integration with Xero is the real time-saver, however. Once you have your Xero database setup, WorkflowMax will import all your customer and supplier details. From there, any changes to details of these contacts in WorkflowMax will flow through to Xero, saving you the double-entry of details into two databases.
The other key integration feature is the pushing of invoices, purchase orders, and even timesheets from WorkflowMax into Xero. This streamlines your accounting and payroll processes and gives you complete control and visibility over the information.
